Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
WorldSoccer extends this right with a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and in resalable condition;
There are no signs of wear, damage, or misuse;
Original packaging is included where possible.

Returned items must be shipped with tracking. Adequate return documentation is required to ensure proper processing. Missing information may cause delays.

Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

A refund will be issued for the product value only;
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval;
Items deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties, taxes, or fees related to the exchange.

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned in exchange for store credit, valid for one year.
Any price difference, shipping costs, or additional fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Products

If a product arrives faulty or defective, you must notify WorldSoccer within 60 days of delivery.
Approved faulty items may be refunded or exchanged. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by WorldSoccer.
